Terms and Conditions

• All orders will be packaged about 1 week after purchase. Pre-orders may take up to 2-6 weeks.
• You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, though USPS, once your order is ready to be shipped or has been shipped.
• Domestic orders typically take 3-5 business days to be delivered.
• International orders typically take 7-10 business days to be delivered.
• Orders are shipped via USPS from our headquarters in Imperial Valley, CA.
• Please expect delays during and after the holidays, sales, pre-orders and special events.
• We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
• Please contact us if it has been 14 BUSINESS DAYS since the confirmation email. Please contact us within that time frame so that I can send out a replacement for orders that had tracking. 
• WE DO NOT issue Refunds and will NOT send out a replacement order after the 14 Day Time Frame
•  Once an order is with USPS, it is completely out of my hands. You must contact your local office.
